Any good apartments for military around Fort Lewis?

I've looked at rent.com and found a few apartments that look nice and will fit our E4 BAH in Tacoma, but then I've looked up those apartments on apartmentratings.com, and I can't seem to find any that actually have a good rep.!.! very frustrating. Tell me...ANY MILITARY FAMILIES LIKE THEIR APARTMENTS AROUND FORT LEWIS!?!?!?!
