It will be a great way to get away from everything for a short while and sports really do a great job of diverting all the troubles going on in one's life. When my mother was getting treated for cancer, (and i was there every single day she was in the hospital pretty much doing everything for her and at home) My wife and I got some courtside seats at a basktball game and even though i always thought of my mother, it really did much to relieve some of that stress.
