How can I prepare myself for the rapture?

Well I have done some bad stuff in my life but I'm sorry for it and know I have done wrong and want to repent and the rapture is happening this weekend if I'm not mistaken so what can I do to prepare myself for God and Jesus, will he take my animals up with me that's my only request but I need to know how to prepare for Jesus and God I accept them in my life and am ready to leave all of my worldly possessions behind I need to prepare
