What does my frog eat?

Ok i live in south east ohio. We have about 1 ft of snow. Our spring to get water to r house broke today and me and my dad went down and started diggin the line up.. in the mean time we found 2 frogs.I have to kind of a heart to let them stay out there and die.. i ain't like that.. so i brought them in.One is smaller and one is larger. They are doin fine for the time being. i need to know what to feed them. Pretty much how to take care of them till the spring to when i can turn them lose without them dyin. I am a google freak so i googled it.. it said crickets and wax worms.. i don't really have axcess to crickets without my mom flippin out. so my best bet would be wax worms. If crickets would be a better choice and they would survive better on them i might be able to talk my mom into lettin me get some crickets.. Right now i have them in like a fish aquarium. It had rocks in it .. i piled most to one side so they can get outta the water and they have 2-3 inches of water that they can get into and swim/keep wet. i do know that they are water dwelling frogs. I just need to know how to take care of them. How much to feed them, how to feed them. how often.. live or dead feedings. what to do if this happens.. Never had reptiles b 4. Please help me. = )
