Lots of sudden Ebay sales to poor countries? Scam?

Just over the past 24 hours I have had around 5 sales of the SAME item being bought from different ebay users who are all in poor countries such as armenia, malta, croatia etc. I specify which countries I ship to and I don't include these countries. They are all asking "how much is the shipping to (country here)". And things like that. I've only really had one or 2 people who accidently bought my items when they are outside of the places I ship to but this seems too weird. Should I cancel the sales? Is it a scam?
