LGBT: Have you ever found yourself strongly attracted to someone who's the exact opposite of your usual type?

Of course! I've even been strongly attracted to someone of the opposite , and I'm gay! Some people are hot in a way that transcends gender lines. No reason the same shouldn't be true in terms of preferences of types (clean-cut vs. grungy).
