My sister and her husband work full time and have two kids. How can she keep her house tidy? It's a huge mess!?

She cleans when she can, but neither of them are super tidy in the first place, and there's a lot of organizational problems. I'm already getting her some more bins and such for Christmas, but how can I help guide her to a neater and more organized life?
