I have a 7 month old pug who is sick.?

My 7 month old pug every since yesterday afternoon is throwing up yellow bile, he wont eat, and is very week. All he does is lay around, looking so sad. All I know to do is baby him and pray he gets better. I try so hard to feed him by hand and he keeps truning his head,he just will not eat. I dont have any money to take him to the vet, does anyone know what I might can do to help him?
