Trying to talk to this girl.?

Theres a girl that sits behind me in the math cl and shes kinda quiet. I really like her and i just don't know how to talk to her. I mean im decent looking and sometimes she has to scoot up and work with me on projects because we have to work in pairs. Could someone just answer how i can talk to her and get her to like me?
