Can someone please give me professional advice?

You and your boss are in the same situation right now. Once your boss doesn't need her anymore, I'm sure she'll be fired. As for now, about the only thing you can do is go to the human resources department and ask if you can file a grievance. If so, explain everything in detail and it will be doented on paper. Talk to your boss in private and let her know that you have filed a grievance against her and that you are not comfortable with being verbally abused on the job by your co-worker. Let your boss know that you are dedicated and want to keep your job, but you don't know how much more you can take from your co-worker. Also, tell your boss that you know your co-worker is trying to either get you fired or drive you to quit and that you don't know what to do, but doing nothing won't help you either.
