Flight Routing and Safety of British Airways Flight 47 LHR-DAR?

British Airways flight from Heathrow to Dar Es Salaam. I was wondering what route this flight takes, is there a map anywhere that could show it. Which African airspace does it use? Also, I realise that African airspace is not as safe as in other continents, but would a carrier like BA take extra precautions to promote safety on these flights??
