How much would it cost to buy a tarantula as a present for my friend?

im buying my friend a tarantula for her birthday, because she hates spiders and im going to get her over her fear. what would i need to buy to give the spider a decently-lasting "habitat", like aquarium, heat rock, heat lamp, etc? and how much would it cost?
