Possible Suspended Driver License?

I rc'vd a traffic citation in late June before I moved to Orlando from Palm Bch. I rqsted an extension on the license due to financial hardship and paid the fee to do so. Was extended 1 mo. I called at the end of Sept and asked if it was poss to extend again because I was interested in taking traffic school b/c I didn't want pts. She said it was fine--just pay another fee take the school & send the cert. I did so. At the end of Sept I rc'vd letter in the mail from the crthouse with a post-it note saying that I was supposed to ask for traf. sch when I asked for the extenstion the 1st time. Called and she said I had to send a ltr to the jdge w/ certificate for the school. I sent it Oct 1. No response. Called last week to confirm. Said call back Fri. Reminded last day to pay was the 20th. Called this morning. Woman said she had to find letter. Called 3 times and on hold for an hr. She said had to wait for 1st girl to call me back. She didn't. Closed for wkend. Should I drive to work?
