Why are Black people so backward and poor?

Before you call me racist hear me out. Look all over the world. Point to one successful black state, point to any Black state with a powerful economy. Look at the aborigines in Australia, look at Haiti, Somalia. Look at the Africans begging for food. Look at gangster blacks filling US prisons.... Why are blacks like this. I am really concerned and not at all racist. I hope someone can explain and not say slavery because India was colonized but is doing well. China suffered from imperialism but is now a global leaders. I want real answers not sill excuses and justifications.
