Will my kids mother ever come back?

Well in june we had our second child together, and i say maybe three weeks after we got into a huge argument and she told me to get out.The argument started because she thought i had a hickey on my neck, first off im too dark to get a hickey. She insisted it was a hickey so i ended up moving out. At the time i was working two jobs so i was going over to the house every day to see the kids because it down the street from them. She use to call me every day at work when it got to the point where i told my co workers to say i don't work here anymore. Her mom started calling me saying this was not rite that she wants to talk to me i never returned her phone call, At the moment i was still upset that she wanted me to leave. then i called the house phone and she changed the number so now i have no contact with her i have not seen my kids in 3months. I think about the kids all the time and i miss her also. What should i do?
