Silk roas problem?

I have 3 problem one of them is that it closes the game and tells me details about something with a lot of ?? sings.The other is that tells me that is a error with the runtime of the game and the last one tells me that it stoped working.Some one help me.I think is because i got vista plz tells me what i have to do plz.
