What will happen if you got a wrong blood transfusion?

if a person got a wrong blood transfusion he cannot survive. if a person with blood group b+ gets A+ it is not possible for him to survive because if a drop of blood is added to another type.the blood cells become clumped together.this is known as "agglutination" and this is followed by the destruction of blood cells..but a if a person with blood group O gives his blood to anybody wether A+ or B+ the person will survive becauuse blood group O can be mixed with any blood thus they are called universal donors.
