Where do I get a web page for our L A small landscape business. Where to start, costs, time recs?

I have a friend that does basically the same thing, he uses the term, "horticultural specialist" in all his advertising, it makes it sound more professional and knowledgable. I do believe you can start your own web page inexpensively with www.homestead.com, or try www.webspawner.com, and www.doteasy.com. just a suggestion,( your company name,)certified horticultural specialists, then you could add, specializing in organic natural landscape.
